Lynn called us because she was intrigued by an essay "Dessert Wines, Time and Place" in our annual newsletter The Dessert Wine Digest 2006, Volume 22, number 1. The essay and the interview discuss the world of dessert wines focusing on underappreciated styles and how they are used in their countries of origin.
